I thought the below link about foreign investment was interesting

Talks about 30-120 days of deliberation if an investment is in the nation interest. Might explain in part why teo says he is working through the mechanics of a funding deal (I also assume FAS will sell at little more of the company). Also mentions that investments require some sort of positive result or outcome within a year – might also be why KR always says they will be in production within a year. May also be why when FAS announced the Alliance deal the kept blabbering on about how good that they were Australian.

Anyway, I thought it was interesting read regardless of if the connections I have drawn sound stupid or obvious.
