Can our markets be down on Monday?
Of course they can but here are two considerations.
The SPI discount is getting towards extreme and considering expiration is next Thursday I wonder.
Also close less open is as low as it has been in recent times and if Monday closes significantly lower than the open then I will be surprised.
It may be that Monday opens way down and finishes with a smaller discount and a higher close than open and that would 'fix" these readings.
All rules get broken now and then.
