First of all it’s not Dathomir investing USD $285 million it’s the Chinese affiliated investment group (CIG).

Secondly, would you pay your local council to bitumenise your street when you haven’t even bought the property ?

PS. It’s called a “Chinese affiliated invemment group (CIG)” for a reason, they INVEST. I could be wrong but I suspect the the ROI on a toll road in the Congo would be crap unless you owned the mining project itself. So yes it is very fair to guess that those whom comprise the CIG may indeed be one or more of Players 1-6.
