Yes Stockmaster, but if they impose carbon taxes then margins will reduce across the board, and if they go for carbon sequestration power plants will need to be located close to sequestration site. CEY is mining adjacent to power plants with cost savings as a result. The era of cheap power from coal may be on its last legs. Trend will be towards gas fired plants in preference.
