    great value at the moment IF they can halt decline (i.e.. zero growth) in FY13....
    Operating cashflow fy11 - $182m
    Operating cashflow fy12 - $196m
    dividend should be safe as payout ratio is currently 91%
    two new stores opening this year as well..

    i guess we'll find out in half year report.
