That user is likely talking about the announcement made last year in December about the first of 3 clinical studies and hoping a results announcement will coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October). If this happens it will be terrific as there will be a big PR push regarding Breast Cancer in general (Pink Ribbon day etc.). Looking back at that previous announcement and it is indicated that the first study is due to start FY16 Q2 and no results are due until EOFY16.
Assuming the announcement is talking in terms of USA FY, their FY16 ends on the 30th September, which makes the prospect of an October announcment very viable!
