Why do you repeatedly compare to Slack? It seems like there is a bit of envy that your neighbours apple tree is bigger and has more fruit.
There will always be something out there that is bigger, better, faster, stronger. But that doesn't mean there aren't others that can provide exceptional returns. LVT may not be one for you but there are others. Good luck with finding what your looking for.
