If you look at the BHP process in Google it looks the same to me, the initial testing of the actual process came out of Flinders University, David Harley indicated that some 2 years ago, so it would not be hard to assume that BHP had access to that research data, what is important however is that with BHP doing trials, this process looks like being a winner
