I don't agree with Manila's comment "that the deal is dead".

The deal was done at the beginning, the negotiations are over, the price to buy into the project has already been agreed and it all happened weeks ago.

The due diligence has been completed and the legal paperwork is being finalised now.

IF there was anything untoward discovered in the due diligence process then the Major would go back to the table with Gunson and fine tune the pricing before presenting to their board.

If there was anything material found that would stop the project deal going ahead, then Gunson would have to make an announcement to the ASX.

There has been no announcement and so in my book it is full steam ahead.

The party is already booked.

So be there or be square.
