    I am afraid this mess might be the one that completely discredit GXY management in the eyes of all the stakeholders.

    Perhaps leave the new CEO out of this ... he didn't start until 1 July ? ... I for one am looking forward to seeing how the new CEO approaches this situation ...... GLTAH
