To answer your question @findinggems I cannot help but steal the words from @Sjlasx that he posted on the A40 forum as I think they are a bit wasted over there. - The words that is.

It is another angle that we have been bouncing back and forth with each other offline and is fairly similar to the view that @yanlin shared HERE

"Perhaps GXY could buy out Burwill's 50% stake in Jiangxi and sign A40 up with a new offtake deal under terms that take into consideration Alita's current financial predicament.
GXY did say it was interested in a 50% ownership of a converter so its not too far fetched.
'A40 signs MOU with GXY owned converter' would make for an interesting headline.
