    I believe that the takeover rules stipulate that a bidder cannot pay less than any purchase made in the previous 3 months, so if they bought at 20c within the last 3 months that is the minimum bid price.

    If Galaxy were to make a play, I suspect they would try and do it with a script offer, not cash. Either way interesting times ahead.....
