I would agree with DH. A million shares here or a million shares there, say nothing about the company, but rather the personal circumstance of a few individuals.
What is important now is for SBN to get sufficiently cash-flow positive to avoid having to go back to the market for more capital just to stay alive. If it does that, and all indications say that it will, their future is assured and the SP (leaving aside low volume aborations) can only go one way from here.
