I'm starting to think FBR might be keeping the 10 builds under wraps and will notify the market upon completion rather than when they start the builds. Which makes sense as investors would likely start following their trucks to and from the HQ to the job sites & potentially filming the build in progress.
FBR did mention that they would start building immediately after announcing the JV with BKW. If this is the approach being taken, i kind of like it as i dont believe Mr Market would be expecting to see the completion of 10 commercial builds...
