If you're interested in more of the "blue sky" part of the story, go into google, search "google scholar" and search "Halloysite Nanotube".
There are hundreds of peer reviewed papers on the applications and trials, from epoxies to pharmaceutical to bone cements. I quite often have a look and filter to 2020 to look at the latest papers. The last one I looked at was a methacrylate antibacterial bone cement, the adhesion strength gain from 10% HNT additive was substantial.
As for "industrial mineral producer" perhaps looking at being the main supplier of raw materials for others to run through their plants? Just a guess.
