I emailed one of the authors of this paper to get a copy - he said he’d send it when proof corrections are made (not fully published yet, just a preprint).
Tip for anyone looking for copies of scientific papers that are behind paywalls - academics are almost always happy to send you their work for free. Just look for who the corresponding author is and shoot them a friendly email asking for a copy (on papers with multiple authors only one will be nominated to handle all of the communications - eg on sciencedirect it will show an envelope next to their name). Addressing academics as Prof/Dr etc as appropriate always helps
