Your welcome, although I am a bit surprised you didn't know that. If you are advising people to get out of ADN then I would expect you would due some due diligence to support that contention. To possibly fill in some other gaps in your knowledge you may not be aware that they lodged the mining license application in February this year (after many months of liaising with the responsible department) and the process usually takes around 9 months. They continue to liaise with the department on more than a weekly basis to ensure the smooth progress of the application. Posters, who are far more knowledgeable than me, have explained that as it is a simple quarrying operation that it is very unlikely to receive any delays in being approved.
