Good Evening. Thanks for sharing your insights. This is an untimely event, and whilst the error was a "rookie" error, it is not a great look. That said, the company seem to be in the process of rectifying it. Mistakes happen, very often for some, and very un often for HT8. From my understanding the negative reviews will be reversed, and hopefully in a few days we see the 99.9% seller rating return?
JPGuru, respectfully this situation is not a material and market sensitive announcement by nature. To be fair, the company is onboarding new brands regularly, moving warehouses, having record days, establishing new product categories, and more. None of this is reported as being material in impact, so I think it is a bit much suggesting that a coupon code error is material in nature.
Now, let's focus on business progress and the pending spending season ahead in the lead up to Black Friday and Xmas.
