name me ONE multi national corporation ANYWHERE that truly deeply 100% cares about humans, be it customers or users or even shareholders? we are all just a number to them, and if we ever get a reply with a Mr or Mrs letterhead, its not because they truly "care" its just nothing but good corporate PR, because they want their brand to be seen in a good light and they want to retain you as a paying customer, thats why these corporations employ specialist PR firms to do their bidding, its all about reputation and brand preservation, nothing at all to do about actually "caring" for people.
