It is encouraging to hear that Viralese has undergone clinical trials, with good tolerance. Just what infection it stopped is unclear, but with no bad medical side effects. I would like to know if the sense of smell was affected. One of the early indicators of Covid infection is loss of taste and smell. Viralese is sprayed up into the nasal cavity, where it sits, like some chemical fly-paper, waiting to engulf the virus. Does it also coat the olfactory receptors? Loss of smell is a serious business, as sniffing odd smells protects us in subtle and often unconscious ways, from harm. Does anyone know more?
