The part that irks me is that a small amount of extra data or explanation in SPL announcement could have shown greater clarity- IMO SPL chose not to do that. I was hoping management were changing such communications. History has shown when there is little information provided that when released later it is negative unfortunately.

Unfortunately I don't see an easy fix for this situation since it has become a underpowered study ??

Lets not get into a sarge and AB word definition etc but it won't stop a "sale" depending how it is to be sold however it will impede any pharmacists recommendation etc to those under 45 as per what IMO will be new warnings on packaging if they bother.
No it won't but it must change any possible advertising or promotion of product and including all packaging. Such a limitation of age will need significant font scale to be accepted IMO. Authorities are getting really tough on some aspects of promotion IMO TGA and other authorities are well aware that most people rarely read boxes and labels completely etc.
