Have shareholders been misled?

On 31st October the company stated regarding Telenor " The Dubber service was tested, productised and commercially deployed in approximately 12 weeks". Nearly 6 months later and all they have received is $200?
Also from the same quarterly update "The Company through its recently signed agreements will see its monthly revenue increase over the quarter by approximately $60,000 as the users are connected with any further agreements increasing this amount".
We know the company did not receive $60,000 over the corresponding quarter as receipts last quarter were down and today the company confirmed they have only received $200 from Telenor.

Also Bluip - After delays due to network configuration, the BlueIP agreement commenced towards the end of the quarter and Dubber has issued the first invoice in June (note cash has not been received as it was not due before 30 June).
Today's update "The Company invoiced BluIP as was initially agreed, but due to the ongoing delays the Company has credited Blue IP for all invoices issued to date, and has ceased invoicing until the service is implemented. No payments have been received from BluIP.
What an absolute joke!

I could go on & on but won't bother as I'm sick of the smoke and mirrors and porky pies. Glad the ASX stepped in and shareholders have a direct email now as I'm sure there will be more questions being asked after today's update.
