William T Sherman has a point with timeframes...fair enough, we have seen it time after time and the ultimate gain is often worth the pain. That said, the "sales process" chart only appeared 3-4 months ago from memory...it was certainly not explained of referenced anywhere near the time of questioned announcements.

BUT the deception, arrogance and delusion of prior announcements, as reflected in the answers to ASX questions is the issue here....
....Oh, and not to mention performance shares based on a share price level for a few days, discretionary bonuses for mismanagement, involvement of the CEO in other start-up companies (Linius for one) at a time when your company is bleeding.....taking the piss

McLovin should at the very least step down from Linius and focus on DUB, but really step down from DUB all together....he has gone through 2-3 brokers, 2-3 IR firms and still not learnt how to talk to the market. His other performance shares must be close to expiry?

Has taken a while but it is great to see the ASX question a company in this detail....there should be more of it in this space.
