My oldest sons partner wants them to buy a house,hes got two job offers to work up north in WA.
Both his mother and I have been telling him ,not to buy,far better to have a bigger deposit and maybe pay a little more,than buy into a falling market.
Really outside of quick access to the freeway,why would anyone buy in Baldivis?
