    We have now 2 but by the sound of this announcement maybe we need to appoint a third company secretary.

    You are spot on. They only think about wording without any consideration what effect can this do on SP or maybe it is an attempt to shake retail to the bottom.

    We have many comments here how well MC look after his cronies, advisors etc.
