I remember Atlas Iron going through a VERY destructive bail out with creditors only a few years ago, which took years to recover from and then Gina picked it up for a song, and now IO is back at the highs she is laughing all the way to the bank, the shareholders got royally screwed out of their investments!!

Change Atlas' creditors to Tribeca, and Gina to Galaxy or the Chinese and I can see the same situation playing out here. It is very concerning. Very choppy times ahead, unfortunately lots of us are stuck holding now because we are sat on such heavy losses from believing all of Mark Calderwood's positivity during all his Proactive Investors appearances, that A40 were inundated with offtakers because our spod was soooooo good.... Well show me the money!! I absolutely would NOT be averaging down in this just yet until the picture becomes a lot more clearer. The vultures are circling, the debt covenant has been brought forward, and we are struggling to even break even at the moment. Time for the BoD to earn them huge salaries!! Shame on them for taking them at a time when finances are so crap. They should have been awarded these raises on the back of stearing us through these tough times as a pat on the back for a job well done. Not saying it can't be done but it has definitely sent out the wrong message

Hi BT6487,

Can you give me some more details about "the recent pay rises and performance shares" in particular the specific details of the performance shares?

I read the Notice of EGM but it says they are contingent on performance over a 2 year period from 1 July 2019.

Or are you discussing something else?
