Feel free to shut me down von, or others for this comment. But maybe Brainchip was the tech company that DUO had in the pipeline as a "potential acquisition

My mail is that this was the acquisition DUO was after but they failed to convince enough investors at the time to raise enough cash to push through with it (they approached several brokers, I know of one). So they moved onto AZK which as we have seen were able to get it over the line in part to their $2mill asset sale. DUO acquisition of Brainchip fell through and here we are now at .1c instead of 10c. Mind you if it went through at the time, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to buy at .3c (which at this stage would have probably been a good thing).
