Yes, but as per my post - two up from yours - neither Ceduna/Thevenard or Port Lincoln are container ports.
I would presume that at the various ports in the Whyalla district (about 350 k east) one is built to handle containers - if shipping there goes to the end destination's country and if there's capacity to handle more containers - otherwise it's 650 k to Port Adelaide.
