Greetings Paul, my intel is they are either close to or have nailed a cash flow IT business with linkages to Israel/US customer base. Scale up is meant to be massive on a global perspective.
Please don't take this as gospel as it was broker talk after a big Melbourne Cup lunch, but the enthusiasm got my interest and I will be buying in on weakness.
Hope I can get set before any news hits, banking on lawyers delaying any deal with their usual fee dragging methods on good things
