I'll have to give that a go. The ginger will cost a fortune. It's about $30.00 a kilo in Perth.
I already eat a lot of ginger and garlic every day.
Another thing I do every morning. I make a strong ginger tea and put in about 20 saffron threads. Wait 10 minutes and then drink. I always feel great afterwards, especially if I've been on the turps.
Saffron is expensive and there's lots of fake stuff. I buy mine from Global Foods in Perth. Genuine Iranian saffron.
Whether I live to a ripe old age or die soon is not the issue. I just want everything working fine while I am here.
