How is this mythical second customer a valid reason to be in a TH for over a month?

Unless we are negotiating a deal to roll out something like 50 new boxes this is not TH material.

This smells like the latest stalling tactic from management. In January we will probably get a request for extending the TH because the office secretary has ducked down the local KFC and is waiting whilst they cook up a fresh 21 piece bucket for lunch.

Businesses negotiate with new customers all the time, it's an ongoing part of being in business. The other day AGO announced new off-take deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars with new customers. They didn't go into TH at all, just a standard ASX release.
