australia is the only country that subsidises property owners for having losses. Getting rid of negative gearing would not affect supply maybe in the short term but in long term the country will be better off .

I have a deposite to buy my first property ( rent it out) but i should buy under my parents name so they get the tax write off because they own other properties, how stupid is that!!!!!
