It kinda goes without saying doesn't it Smokedog, "90 days to neg a deal" 90 days means 90 days. The terms are not 90 days to neg a deal in 60 days!!!!! Both parties would of agreed it could take upto 90 days, I dont think we have an issue here.
We are forgetting too that BCC need to remain competitive in the market and position themselves in accordance with what is about to happen globally.
