That article is nonsense. It just shows the opposite of your point of view. cherry pick 5 years and post a piece of propergander to support it. In 1971 gold was removed from backing the US dollar. The previous 5000 years gold and silver were the money. Its a 50 year experiment gone wrong and half the world is turning against it. Keep your fiat in the bank earning 3% interest, borrow more, I am sure you will do well. With no limits to money printing we can afford to be at war all the way into the future.
