I know full disclosure to shareholders has been an issue with this company but shouldn't they be telling us if they're even in negotiations with SMM for a JV if they are?

Or are they happy to keep us sitting in the dark until a deal has been reached, they buy up at discount prices on their inside knowledge and yet again screw us around manipulating SP by not being transparent in their dealings..

I fear this could drag out for another year or more, losing patience and confidence on this one... Fingers crossed it doesn't I want to see this baby fly soon!
