I understand the sense of a defensive corner stone investor, say 10 to 15 %. But im at a loss as to why we would want a 50/50 JV partner, this is a simple low capex start up, we just got rid of MEP, so why would we be entertaining JV talk, and paving the way to be taken over, unless he thinks he can squeeze them for a few Billion , otherwise I don't get it. Maybe im misundersting something here.
This news seems very strange to me, what do others think.
