Agreed, what is the source of this story?
We just got rid of MEP why go to another JV?
The message we have is funding is not an issue
Perhaps the interviewer got a throw away line that with so many retail investors we are at risk of take over, and they just ran with the story as the headline because fear sells.
This make no sense to me and would like to know more about the source.
It could be that a concrete offtake partner is seeking a JV for that part of the ADN solution. This would make sense because the marketing of the concrete additives worldwide is far too much for ADN and not the main game.
