If JM & team were genuinely seeking JV partners, they have a legal obligation to inform the market - or face the wrath of ASIC.
Sure, everyone has private conversations about possible structures and paths forward.
We have seen enough of JM to conclude he is red-hot to create a globally significant H/K business based on the unique properties of the Eyre Peninsula mineral deposits. He has not toiled this far to give it away for quick capital.
While the banksters may oblige a capital raise alongside loans, even funding half the needed $90m from holders would be very do-able, if unwelcome in the short-term.
I call bull dust on this threadbare attempt at market manipulation.
