It also lists that Hannans undertake a consolidation of capital on a 1.2:1 basis. Is that a minimum amount? IMO they should do a 10:1 consolidation of capital as there is currently way too many shares on issue which will always hold the share price around these levels. A 10:1 consolidation would make the share price around 24c. It would also leave room for further capital raisings that will be needed further down the line at a better price meaning less dilution each time. Also less shares on issue mean that people will have to pay more for shares if they want in, forcing the share price up. If they keep doing capital raising every time they need more money especially if they are to build recycling plants, the share price will end up getting stuck around the 1c region or under. For example, how many more shares would be issued if they needed to raise $50m at 2c. Now work out how many more shares would be issued to raise the same amount but at 24c? See my point?
