SAO PAULO - Karoon Gas and Oil has announced the public offering of 1.030 million common shares of the company, to be distributed in Brazil, with placement efforts abroad. According to the Karoon, in the context of the offer, it is estimated that the share price is between 1025 and 1275, "may nevertheless be indicative set outside this range." On the ceiling price indicative of the role, supply may reach R $ 1.772 billion, including supplemental and additional lots.

The total number of shares offered may be increased by 15%, ie up to 154,500 shares (allotment), and over 20%, or 206,000 shares (additional lot).
