It will be interesting to see who wins this debate - the unprecedented housing supply deficit reaching out to circa 10 years (economics 101 supply V demand) V rising interest rates, high inflation and broader market risks. That said, in terms of Oz RE market stability one might suggest that it would take a Black Swan event of the anthracite kind to usurp the basic paradigm of economics 101. We shall see.
