Just letting you guys know where your money is at.
Telstra is still refusing to take calls from the majority of customers because "COVID-19", their service is absolutely garbage in remote communities but they charge full price and I know multiple people that have lodged complaints against them via the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
Have fun with catching a falling knife holders. If Telstra don't pick their game up soon they are going to fall hard, there's a lot of competition & their market share is falling rapidly.
