Even if you point it out to the Asx, how suss it looks that the ceo has sold some shares just before a material event, they will do shit. Nab pays fees to asx for its listing. You wouldn't think the asx would risk these fees, would you?
Nab has more pain to issue to shareholders. The money raised has already been lost.
