"Sure there is the 26 September maturity but repayment is not a fait-accompli. That date is there as a "fail-safe" to allow WHSP to conduct a due diligence looking for a smoking gun reason to blow the whole thing up.
WHSP can't just say "pay me back!" Their $35 Million will be ranked same as AFIC (AFIC will have a clause in their security deed saying "nobody can rank higher"). So if WHSP want their money back it goes into a approx-$120 Million loan bucket with any available funds, after administration/liquidation dust settles, doled out on an pro-rata basis.
