re: housing prices and making money the bit about the land proportion is a very salient point LE, but I think that a harder property correction is in the cards simply to counter the 'tulip' run of the last few or more years. But I don't think 50% is on the cards not to mention the effect that will have on the rest of the economy, just my opinion
