This is gonna be interesting, and i wonder if people will question management on this later on.
Since rates are signalled to be going down, which may bring house prices up.
Does this mean that reject shop will suddenly get an increase in sales ???
I think people buying this stock should question them on it.
If house prices rice do people buy more groceries.
i wonder if you wanted to buy a house for say 800k and it goes up to 830k,
that means you shop more at the reject shop. ?? Or vise versa. If i owned a
property worth 800k and now its 830k without me selling, do i buy more groceries as a result.
