Looking at the rental markets and landlords are slashing rents at the moment. Students staying in their own country, AIRBNB’s being converted to long term rentals, kids moving back home to save money, supply from the construction boom still coming on market.
I’ve been in my place in Sydney for four years now without a rental increase. Thinking of asking the landlord for a rent reduction given there are better places for cheaper.
