AB the obvious difference is no clinical trial on viraleze. IMO JF is too scared to run the needed trial. Time for management who don’t think they know better than regulators. FDA , TGA.
And look what happens in India when viraleze use a medical device listing route without any regulatory review?? No Indian partner will take a risk of having to pull product off shelf and get fined by regulatory agency. poor regulatory strategy over and over and those responsible need to go find job in dog house.
