How does ARL compare to CLT and COB

As a retired engineer , I have been studying these new ASX Lithium and cobalt Companies. ARL verus Cobalt Blue versus Clean Teq is the best of pack as
1.Pure plays are best ( less than 2% of world's cobalt Co's are pureplay) so avoid dependancy on Nickel and Copper
2. Stay away from complex extraction with acids methods & therefore simple crushing and floating is best to make concentrate
3. Best to have cheap power and water and labour & railway to Ports from mine sites
4. Aim for large JORC so very
5 Look for low cost producer.
5. Do not spend a lot with building transport, diesel generators and fly-in/ fly-out labour and then they need to use "nasty acid methods" to extract - very complex
