Just thinking, the customers that don't accept the videos, do they just see the end product after the 120 days? If so might be worth while giving them a close to finished preview before the due date and scope their thoughts prior to the expire date. Any suggestions from the customer could then be added/modified to satisfy them.
I think this would increase rate of acceptance/success rate, and reduce the need to spend another 120 days for a replacement or 240 days for one acceptance.
Just imo, any thoughts?
